Like I shared in Hallie’s fresh 48 portraits (click here to see), she’s a girl! When I showed up for Hallie’s lifestyle newborn portraits, I was, like always, shocked with how much a baby changes in the first two weeks of life! If you compare the photos from her lifestyle newborn portraits you see below to the fresh 48 photos linked above, she already looks different! It’s one of the reasons I think it is so important for parents to get fresh 48 and newborn portraits if they can! You want to remember! The first couple weeks go so fast, and often times you only get a couple grainy cell phone shots with poor hospital lighting to remember your fresh newborn by.
One of the things I love about Hallie is her dark, dark full head of hair! I love a baby with hair, I also love bald babies though. Okay, I just loved babies! That’s why I photograph them!
It was so fun seeing big sis Caroline in her role as a big sister. It made my heart happy to see that Hallie just sleeps through all of the noise that comes with a three year old! Everything seems to fitting into place perfectly for them and I am just so glad! Having a baby and getting into the routine is hard work. Getting a baby and their routine to fit into your existing family is maybe even harder work. Go Kelsie and Jesse! You guys are rocking it!
Take a peek down below to see how adorable she is and how adorable her family is!
OUR TIME TOGETHER—LIFESTYLE NEWBORN PORTRAITS
I think this one is my favorite photo! She reminds me of Rosie the Riveter here! I am woman, hear me roar!
Do you see big sister’s hand there on the doorknob checkin’ in on baby Hallie??
I’m gonna end with what I think is my ACTUAL favorite, I can’t decide, this one or Rosie the Riveter?! Let me know what you think yours is in the comments!
BLOOPERS
As always I can count on my big siblings to provide tons of bloopers! Thanks, Caroline!
