SHE’S here!! SHE! Kelsie and Jesse WAITED until the baby was here to find out if it was a boy or and girl! Now they know, girl, and big sister Caroline is very pleased that she was right! I admire their self discipline to wait until the baby is here to find out what it was. I could not do that. They also kept the name a secret, which would also be torture for me, but now the world knows, her name is Hallie! It was such a joy to be one of the first to know she was a she, to know her name is Hallie, and to see her beautiful face! It made taking these fresh 48 portraits even more special.

I love doing fresh 48 portraits and hearing all about the birth story while it’s fresh on the mom’s mind! Every birth is so different and I love hearing about each and every one! Listening to Kelsie’s I just couldn’t help but think she’s super woman! Having Hallie was one of those experiences where she was told “don’t push”. They gave her some meds to help until the doctor could get there so she could push, but it made her feel sick, shaky, and like she would pass out. She pushed Hallie out anyways! I just am in awe at what women bodies can do! Way to go Kelsie!

As you can see in the images below, she is SO beautiful! Big sister Caroline is so excited to finally have her little sister here. The Tunnells are very happy to be a family of four!
