When I walk into a home for lifestyle newborn portraits I never know what to expect. You always hear of horror stories of people going to pick something up from someone’s house from a Craig’s List post and then they turn up dead. A part of me always worries about that, but I have never had an experience anywhere close to that!

It was no different when I met the Hunsuckers! I don’t think I have ever met a more lovely family than the Hunsucker family! Oh my goodness! You guys, they are seriously the SWEETEST people! They were all so easy to talk to! Brad and Krystal are doing an AMZING job raising big brother Boone and I know that Beckham will be just as amazing! Boone was so sociable with a strange adult walking around his house (me). He was full of yes ma’am’s, please, and thank you! He looked me in the eye when he was talking to me and even shook my hand to introduce himself! I can tell that Boone and Beckham are both going to be serious catches when they grow up and those lucky ladies will have an AMAZING set of in laws!

I was worried that I would have some serious lighting problems because it was supposed to be raining the day of our shoot, luckily it was just cloudy and I made it out of there JUST in time. It started raining on me, literally, the second I pulled into my driveway to get back home. So although it did make things a little challenging, it could have been a lot worse and Brad and Krystal were so accommodating to letting me move all around the house to try to find the place that would have the best lighting on our cloudy day!

Beckham was such a dream, he just slept the whole time until the very end. He was just telling me I needed to go, he had enough! His nursery was SO amazing! They created a Micky Mouse nursery (click here to see), and it was so amazing! Beckham is never going to want to leave his room!
