River is 6 months old already and I can’t believe it!!

She is such a serious baby who makes you work for a smile, but she has SO many funny facial expressions-a girl after my own heart!

If you’ve read my post earlier, you know that River was born with the heart disorder SVT. Prayers have seemed to be answered and although she had a rough start, she has been episode free for quite a while now! We are continuing to pray with her family that her heart heals on its own so she doesn’t have to take medicine for years and then have surgery to correct it when she gets older.

Probably my favorite picture! Although she doesn’t smile big easily, she sure loves to squeal and talk. It’s adorable!

These two need to be framed right on top of each other! River loves BOTH of her parents so much!

Apparently my lips are fun to play with too! 😉 Even though I look gross here, I had to snap a picture with one of my first Holden babies. A baby I’ve gotten to photograph since birth! It’s SO fun to document these memories for their families to preserve the big changes that happen in such a short time. I love being a part of the journey with them!

BLOOPERS REEL

I tried so hard to get some cute photos of her on her belly, and she just wasn’t having it. As soon as Dad let go, she rolled over on her back! I think she’s gonna be a stubborn one! 😉 Independent girl!

You guys wouldn’t believe how many photos I have to cull to get just a few! So many of them turn out with blinked eyes or hands over the face with little ones! That’s why I take so many! It sure makes the job fun though! 😉
