I love the Begley family. I love taking their family portraits. They are some of the most photogenic people I’ve ever met and their kid is adorable too! When we did portraits last time, it was this time last year. We went to Arbor Hills. Click here to see how much Easton has grown! It was beautiful, but we did walk a lot. This time, we opted for a little trail over by my house that I’ve shot at a few times now. I am REALLY loving this little place. It is so lush screams summer with the vibrant greens and wildflowers-and weeds.

Another reason I love the Begleys is because they were willing to tromp through the mud with me. It was a little muddy. It poured here the night before leaving the ground a little soft. If you look close, you can see mud on the bottom of Easton’s boots. I ruined my shoes and got scratches on my face. I even had to pull weeds, but it was SO worth it!

Easton was a little gentleman and kept carrying around my stool for me when we moved from one place to the next. His smiles were mostly easily won with marshmallows after every few shots. He was a champ! Kayla, I think you’re going to want to bring marshmallows to every shoot from now on.

I love these people and I can’t wait until Baby Begley gets here at the end of the year! These pictures will be even more adorable with a baby in them!
